A strategic plan provides a “roadmap” to guide the organization and help keep it on track to achieve its vision. This course will provide the attendees with an understanding of the purpose of strategic planning and how to develop a strategic plan that is useable, measurable, and outcome focused. Attendees will be provided with strategic planning tools and will participate in a simulated strategic planning process during the seminar.
