Judy Haddad has broad healthcare financial and management experience in both for profit and not for profit sectors. She has driven financial performance and operational excellence in a variety of settings including three acute care hospitals, a home healthcare provider, a sub-acute hospital, and in physician practices. She has established and implemented new hospital healthcare and financial systems, incorporating individual hospitals into a larger corporate structure streamlining departments, installing new systems, developing new budget and billing processes, and implementing new software systems. Ms. Haddad has developed accounting policies and procedures, human resource manuals, and reporting mechanisms to provide management opportunities for operational improvements. She is proficient at developing and training staff and has also directed and managed information systems and human resource functions at one of the largest health systems in the U.S. where she served as a hospital Chief Financial Officer for many years. Ms. Haddad has worked in Kenya, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.  She has also provided extensive financial expertise on a 42-bed hospital project in Lebanon.
