Katie Van Koughnet is serving as Global Health Service Networks Project Manager. Katie has over 18 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. She has served in a variety of different roles and areas, including Strategy and Planning, Continuous Improvement, Operational and Clinical Excellence, Information Technology, Training and Education, Quality, and Supply Chain. Katie is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in project management, team management, and developing and implementing process improvement initiatives in the healthcare sector. She most recently served as the Training & Education Manager at Trinity Health in Michigan, a system of 90 + hospitals. Katie is responsible for managing contractual obligations, timelines, milestones deliverables, and team member’s scope of work for GHSN projects in Kurdistan and Lebanon.
