Sri Komanduri is an experienced healthcare executive with over 30 thirty years' experience in providing operational and administrative leadership in hospital settings. He has held various administrative positions at a medium sized full service teaching hospital, worked as an independent consultant helping hospitals improve operations and financial results, and joined Trinity Health International as a Regional Director, providing administrative leadership to projects in Bangladesh, Nigeria, Guyana, Marshall Islands, FSM, UAE, Kuwait and visited various other countries in Europe and South America providing due diligence, operations assessment, marketing and management functions. He has had extensive experience within GHSN providing financial analysis, performance metrics and operational inputs to inform feasibility studies in Iraq, Ethiopia, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Vietnam and more. 

Sri is experienced with hospital administration, evaluation of hospital operations, financial management, medical staff and board relations, physician recruitment, facility planning, development of staffing plans and models, equipment planning and evaluation, development, evaluation and implementation of business plans and strategic plans, issues involving accreditation, quality management and development of turnaround plans for hospitals. 
Sri has a Bachelor of Science degree from India, and a Master of Science degree from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from RPI, New York. He is a member and Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives.
