Cheryl Eagan is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program development, and operational leadership within large, complex health systems. Her expertise spans organizational growth, quality improvement, and building strong relationships with physicians and community partners.

• Previously, as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at St. John Providence Park Hospital, Ms. Eagan was instrumental in a $200 million hospital replacement project, achieving significant growth in market share and improving operational efficiency. She led a team of 1,200 FTEs and managed a substantial budget, consistently exceeding financial targets. 

• As President of St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, she oversaw a multi-campus facility, driving revenue growth, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving national recognition for quality. 

• Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, where she served as Vice President, Professional Services, and Vice President, Cardiovascular & Imaging Services.

• Cheryl holds an MBA from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
