This course is designed for all levels of healthcare workers in any healthcare setting. Patient safety in healthcare delivery and how patient safety affects patients, families, communities and healthcare workers and organizations are examined. The World Health Organization (WHO) Conceptual Framework and the concept of "Just Culture" are used to assess quality improvement methods and to analyze patient safety events and develop a patient safety plan in your own practice and healthcare environment.
