
D. Scott Koenig

​Scott Koenig is a healthcare executive with more than 30 years of acute care hospital and health services management experience in medical/surgical hospitals. Mr. Koenig has demonstrated competence in Financial Management, Hospital Operations, Market Based Strategic Planning, Facility Master Planning, Staff development, Physician Practice Management, and employee relations. When serving as a healthcare executive, his hospitals received recognition for top 10% corporate ranking in employee/patient satisfaction, ensured operational integrity of Healthcare Information systems, and assured compliance with applicable internal and external oversight standards. Mr. Koenig received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and Master’s degree from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He was the first University of Houston – Clear Lake student to be accepted into the Memorial Hermann Health Care System Administrative Fellowship Program. He has served on United Way, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and ACHE Chapter Boards of Directors. Scott has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching a graduate level course in Hospital Operations at the University of Houston – Clear Lake.
